This fragrance is the result of the ambitious challenge that Olivier Creed accepted: to reveal the most intimate richness of the essence of Mysore Sandalwood. The precious sandalwood oil can only be extracted from plants that are at least twenty-five years old, in a complex process. This extremely persistent essence has full-bodied, woody notes and an intriguing sweetness. It is usually used in the base notes to give depth, warmth and durability to many men's fragrances, but in this Millesime, sandalwood is the undisputed protagonist.
