Visconti presents the new Homo Sapiens collection inspired by the beauty of colored gems.
Seductive transparencies and harmonious proportions interact with the iconic design of the Homo Sapiens collection. Homo Sapiens is the collection of fountain pens symbol of the Florentine company where we can admire many of their innovations. The cap has a "Hook Safe Lock" closure system which, thanks to its bayonet connection, guarantees safety and practicality. The filling system, on the other hand, is the patent Visconti Double Reservoir Power Filler which allows a greater ink capacity and a seal in any conditions, even on the plane.
DESCRIPTION In the "Demo Stones" edition, the semi-transparency of the colors reveals the soul of this exceptional writing instrument and shows the Power Filler Double Reservoir filling system, patented by Visconti in 1998.
Amethyst is the purple shade of amethyst represented by a semi-transparent resin that reveals the soul of the fountain pen and shows the Power Filler Double Reservoir filling system, patented by Visconti in 1998. The cap is enriched with a stone colorful of blue agate. All metal parts are solid 925 sterling silver.
The new Homo Sapiens Demo Stones collection is enriched with colored stones arranged on the pen cap: green agate, blue agate and carnelian emulate the three colors of precious stones. Furthermore, it is possible to personalize the pen with the “My Pen System” magnets on the back of the barrel.
Each Homo sapiens Demo Stones pen is designed, made and polished in our Florentine laboratory. The barrel and the cap in precious acrylic resin are carefully hand polished, both outside and inside, with special felt tools, in order to guarantee an excellent result. A process that requires all the expertise and skill of our most experienced craftsmen. Visconti's ability to make wonderful demonstrator pens is well-known all over the world. The challenge we measured ourselves against is to make perfection visible. The choice of transparency is not purely aesthetic, but the means that allowed us to reveal the beating heart of our demonstrator.
